We require a Feedback Officer to provide a corporate, customer focused service complaints and feedback procedure by allowing a consistent, customer focused approach to feedback throughout the council and ensure all complaint service standards are met.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
Given the current work from home guidance due to the pandemic, this position may involve working from home for an extended period of time.
